Patient Participation Group

Are you interested in finding out more about The Loddon Vale Practice?

Would you like to influence the development of local health services?

We are keen to recruit members to our Patient Participation Group to represent the patient community and respond to the practices services from the patient’s point of view. With the help of a Patient Participation Group the practice will aim to improve patient services and enhance the care provided.

Patient representatives (PPG) discuss issues affecting the practice, contribute to practice decision-making and consult on service development and provision. This helps the surgery to deliver the best service it can.

If you would like to apply to join the group, please contact the practice manager, Debbie Short for an application form and more information.

Generally, anyone who is a patient within the practice can join the PPG.

However, the practice does reserve the right to refuse an individual if it considers it is in the best interest of the individual, PPG or the practice.

Join our Patient Participation Group

If you would like to join the PPG or if you are interested in hearing about the activities of the Patient Participation Group but cannot/do not want to attend meetings, please complete the form below to receive newsletters and invitations to contribute to the group activities online.
