We have made a change to the way users log in to Patient Access to improve security. Users will now need to input a one-time passcode (OTP) that is sent via SMS to their registered mobile number, alongside their log-in credentials.
We have communicated with users who do not have a registered mobile number on their account about this change, but we are aware that some users may not have updated their accounts in preparation or may struggle adjusting to the new process.
If you need your account to be reset, please come to the surgery with photograph ID & input your mobile number.
Alternatively, you can try the NHS app instead.
Thank you
