Faces Masks in the Practice

All patients must wear a face mask or face shield when coming in to the surgery.

If you do not have one of the above we will now be charging 50p for a mask so you can attend your appointment.

This donation will go towards the Patient Participation Group.

If you are exempt please can you bring your card or lanyard. We will provide you with a face shield, you will be able to take this away with you for future appointments.
