Prescription requests take at least 48 working hours.

How do I order my Repeat Prescription?

Repeat prescriptions are issued for either 1 or 2 months.

Please request your medication 1 week prior to running out of tablets via one of the following ways:

• Via your nominated pharmacies
• Complete a medication request form/repeat prescription slip in reception & pop this into the green letter box in the main reception area
• Request these via online access through the NHS app or patient access etc
• Complete a prescription request on our website

Medication requested prior to the above date may be declined. Should you have any queries regarding your medication please do not hesitate to contact one of our care navigators on this link Ask Reception a Question.

Medication requests over the phone for our elderly patients

We only accept repeat prescription requests from elderly patients over the phone.
