We are letting all our patients know that ordering prescriptions going forward will need to be done via your NHS account through the NHS website or in the NHS App or via patient access.
Please get your online access set up to avoid delays in your medication. We will not be able to accept paper form requests for medication. Requests over the telephone will only be done for elderly patients.
Please request your medication 1 week prior to running out of tablets.
